Our generation received a world that is broken from within and we are all here to pull it together however we can.
Environment, politics, population, wars, big brother surveillance..There are neglected machines, social media frenzy, unaccountable debt, stolen identities, a need to be individual to a narcissistic level, unprecedented amounts information all blitzed onto our youth culture and expected to thrive. Using whatever pieces we find to built a better future, even while we enjoy the little things we equip our journeys for the uncertain tomorrow.
The main assignment was to inspire from the whole dystopia future and design the campaign inside the photoshoot (posters, flyers etc), the social campaign and of course the designs on the clothes like stamps, details, embroidery.
It was really creative to be able to design something so "broken", especially for a fashion street brand.
The client:
Owl street apparel
Created on the city streets among the night prowlers, the artists, the riders and people with a passionate attitude. With love for street apparel, they opened business in an abandoned shirt factory with just a small range of clothes. They soon had a following which appreciated our premium quality and unique custom fabric designs. The company outgrew the shirt factory and moved to a new spot comprising a custom workshop and retail shop.
